How do I purchase Crystals?Edit
To visit the Shop and purchase Crystals, tap the Shop button on the right side of the screen. Crystals are available to purchase in the first tab. The higher the Crystal amount purchased, the more Crystals are earned per dollar. The bonus banner above the Crystals indicates the savings. First time purchases earn an additional 20% Crystals.
I made a purchase and did not receive my Crystals, how do I obtain them?Edit
Sometimes when a purchase is made under poor network conditions, a player will not receive their Crystals. When this happens, we have a procedure in place that should send a player their Crystals on their next login. Please exit the game and try logging in a few times in order to receive Crystals. If this still does not work, please take a screenshot of your Google Play receipt and contact us via the ingame support system with the email attached.
I completed a "Free Crystals" offer and did not receive my Crystals. What can I do?Edit
If you completed one of the offers accessed by tapping the "Free Crystals" button at the top of the shop, then you must contact Tapjoy in order to be reimbursed. Tapjoy customer support can be reached at http://www.support.tapjoy.com. Sometimes Tapjoy may redirect you back to us. If this is the case, contact us through the ingame support system and include a screenshot of your conversation with Tapjoy.
Can I transfer my character between servers?Edit

What are the symbols that some players have next to their names?Edit
Players can gain special Leaderboard Reward Icons based on their ranks in the Arena and Colosseum Leaderboards.
Can I delete my account?Edit
Soul Guardians currently does not support the deletion of accounts.
I accidentally picked the wrong character when starting the game. What can I do?Edit
If you selected the wrong character at the beginning of the game don’t worry. Both the Ranger and Slasher are available to switch between for free in the Character Shop.
What are Channels and how do I switch between them?Edit
Channels are subdivisions of the server that you are connected to. Players can only see other players that are in the same Channel as they are. Change channels by opening the options menu in the upper right corner and tapping on Channel Select. If a Channel is full it cannot be joined until there is space. Coordinate channels and play with your friends!
How do I view my character's information?Edit
View the Player Info page by tapping on your character’s portrait in the upper left of the screen. This screen shows all current statistics and bonuses for your character, your Orb, Rune and potion inventory, and allows you to manage Titles and Rune Stones.
How do I view another player's Player Profile?Edit
There are a few ways to access another player’s Player Profile. To view Player Profiles of other players while in the Town, use the Inspect tool. To activate the Inspect tool, tap the green magnifying glass until the arrow rests above the head of the player you want to select, then tap the red button to access their Player Profile. You may also search by name for a Player Profile by opening the social window (the people button on the right side), and tapping the Find Friend button. The Player Profile window allows you to invite a player to a party or guild, add them as a friend, whisper them, or request a duel.
How do I add another player as a Friend?Edit
To add another player as a Friend, you must tap the Add Friend button while viewing their Player Info. If you can see a player in the Town, you may view their Player Info page by inspecting them. To inspect a player, tap the green magnifying glass until the arrow rests above the head of whoever you want to select, then tap the red button. Otherwise, you may search for a player by name by opening the social window (the people button on the right side), and tapping the Find Friend button.
How do I duel another player?Edit
To duel another player you must be viewing their Player Profile and you must be in the same Channel. Once viewing their profile, tap the Duel button. To view the profile of someone you see in the Town, tap the green magnifying glass until the arrow rests above the head of whoever you want to select, then tap the red button. To view the Profile of someone who is not your friend you must search for them by opening the social window (the people button on the right side), and tapping the Find Friend button.
How can I practice my abilities and view my DPS?Edit
By opening the settings menu (the gear in the upper right), you may tap Practice in order to visit a safe space where you may practice your attacks. Here you can keep track of your damage per second and total damage done by different attacks.
How do I enable or disable the Chat Fliter?Edit
The Chat Filter can be toggled by going to the Options menu (the gear in the upper right corner) and selecting Settings.
How is the ranking at the end of a Dungeon calculated?Edit
Your end of dungeon ranking is based on the speed at which you complete the dungeon, your ability to maintain high hit-combos, damage dealt, and avoidance of damage received.
What are Soul Arts Cards?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be equipped to increase the attributes of your character and allow you to unleash devastating attacks in combat. They are the primary means of strengthening your combat abilities. Soul Arts Cards have a star rating which denotes their power, as well as a level which can be increased to strengthen the card. Soul Arts Cards can be leveled up by Enhancing them, they can have their star rating increased by Evolving them, and they can be merged into more powerful cards through Fusion. There are many different kinds of Soul Arts Cards, all with unique abilities.
How do I equip and use Soul Arts Cards?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be equipped by visiting your Card Inventory. Access your Card Inventory by tapping on the deck on the right side of the screen. Five slots are available to equip Soul Arts Cards. Drag a card from your inventory at the bottom into a slot to equip it. Tap on a card to view its stats on the right. Your inventory automatically sorts the cards based on the order in which they are obtained. Tap on the Custom button to sort your inventory in various ways.
How do I obtain Soul Arts Cards?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be obtained in a variety of ways. Soul Arts Cards are most commonly obtained as monster and chest drops from Dungeons. The best available card drop in a certain Dungeon is always listed in the Dungeon Info panel. Cards can also be obtained by purchasing Booster Packs in the store. Crystal Boosters reward you with Premium cards that generally have a higher attack and lower cost than normal cards. During special events, cards can also be obtained through the Exchange by visiting Amy at the Town Store.
What does a card's +ATK represent?Edit
A card’s + ATK is the amount by which it increases your character’s attack when equipped. ATK increases your character’s base attack as well as the power of their special abilities.

A card’s + HP is the amount by which it increases your character’s hit points when equipped.

Card ATK represents the damage that a card does when it is unleashed as a Soul Arts attack.

A card’s Cost represents how much Soul Power that card costs to unleash. The total Cost of your Soul Arts Cards cannot exceed the cost limit. The Cost limit increases as you level up and certain Titles/Cards have the ability to raise your total cost limit.
What is AMP DMG?Edit
AMP DMG represents bonus damage that a Soul Arts Card does to enemies of the given type. There are 9 different enemy types. Your AMP damage to each type of enemy can be viewed easily in the Player Info window (tap your character portrait in the upper left). Each dungeon features enemies of a certain type and will display a symbol in the Dungeon Info panel representing which one. Stack AMP DMG of that type to increase your combat effectiveness in that dungeon.
What are the different types of Soul Arts Cards?Edit
Normal Soul Arts Cards are marked with white stars and are obtained through drops and Gold. Premium cards are marked with blue stars and are obtained through Crystal Boosters. They generally have a higher power and lower cost than normal cards. Boss cards are also marked with blue stars and are obtained through Boss Raids or the King’s Path. They have unique abilities like dual AMP damage bonuses. The entire available list of Soul Arts Cards can be viewed in the Card Workshop under Card Album.
How do I sell Soul Arts Cards?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be sold by visiting your Card Inventory (tap the deck on the right side), selecting a card, and tapping the Sell button in the bottom right.
How do I enhance my Soul Arts Card?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be Enhanced by visiting Esmeralda at the Card Workshop in the Town and tapping on the Enhance button. Select the Soul Arts Card you wish to enhance from your inventory at the bottom. Next, select the materials you wish to use for enhancement. You may enhance using other Soul Arts Cards, or Orbs. Switch between Cards and Orbs using the tabs above your inventory. Up to 5 cards and/or Orbs may be used per enhancement. When you have selected all the desired materials, tap the Enhance button in the bottom right.
What is the purpose of Enhancing my Soul Arts Card?Edit
Enhancing a Soul Arts Card allows you to raise a card’s level, resulting in increased Attack, HP and Card Attack. Additionally, maximum level Soul Arts Cards may be Evolved to raise their star rating. When using an enhanced card to enhance another, all of the XP is transferred so there is no need to worry about losing it.
Why am I unable to Enhance my Soul Arts Card?Edit
Soul Arts Cards have a maximum level of their star-rating times 10. One-star cards can be enhanced to a maximum level of 10, two-star cards to a maximum of 20, etc. If you have reached max level, try Evolving the card to increase its power further.
How do I Evolve my Soul Arts Card?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be Evolved by visiting Esmeralda at the Card Workshop in the Town and tapping on the Evolve button. Select a max-level EVO-capable card from your inventory that you wish to Evolve. The Evolution window will display the necessary materials to Evolve the card. When you have the necessary materials and are ready to Evolve the card, tap the Evolve button at the bottom of the screen. A card can be evolved once, after which it is no longer EVO-capable. EVO-capable cards say EVO at the bottom right of the card. 4-star cards and above may fail to evolve, but the chance of success goes up with each subsequent evolution. If a card fails to evolve you will lose the evolution materials but keep the card. To evolve 4-star cards and above you will need an equivalent level Evolution Stone. Evolution Stones drop in the Tower of Evolution and from Raid Bosses.
What is the purpose of Card Evolution?Edit
Card Evolution allows you to increase the star rating of your card. An increased star rating will increase the attribute bonuses of the card and allow you to level it up even further to continue increasing its power.
Why can I not Evolve my Soul Arts Card?
Why am I unable to Evolve my Soul Arts Card?Edit
A Soul Arts Card must be at its maximum level in order to be evolved. The maximum level of a card is its star rating times 10. Additionally, a card must be capable of evolution and not fully evolved. If a card is capable of evolution it will say EVO on it in the bottom right. A card can only be evolved once. After this point, fully evolved cards can be Fused to continue increasing their power.
4-star cards and above may fail to evolve, but the chance of success goes up with each subsequent evolution. If a card fails to evolve you will lose the evolution materials but keep the card. To evolve 4-star cards and above you will need an equivalent level Evolution Stone. Evolution Stones drop in the Tower of Evolution and from Raid Bosses.
If another card is required for Evolution, make sure the card you are using is of the same star-rating and AMP DMG type as all aspects must match for the Evolution to occur.
How do I fuse my Soul Arts Card?Edit
Soul Arts Cards can be Fused by visiting Esmeralda at the Card Workshop in the Town and tapping on the Fuse button. Select three max-level cards of the same rank from your inventory that are not capable of evolution (they do not say EVO on them). Additionally, the cards must be of the same type (Normal or Premium). Tap the fuse button to combine them into an EVO capable card of the same rank.
What is the purpose of Card Fusion?Edit
Card Fusion is the combination of 3 fully evolved cards into another card of the same rank that is capable of further evolution. This allows you to create cards with more potential power than what you currently have. Each card must be fully evolved as well as max level, and they must be of the same rank. Only cards of the same type can be fused (Normal and Premium).
I Fused my Cards and the Card I got is significantly worse. What happened?Edit
Card Fusion is the combination of 3 fully evolved cards into another card of the same rank that is capable of further evolution. This allows you to create cards with more potential power than what you currently have. While the card created by the Fusion may be initially weaker than those used to Fuse it, after it is fully Enhanced and Evolved (because the new card is EVO capable) it will be significantly better than any of the three original cards.
Why am I unable to Fuse my Soul Arts Cards?Edit
In order to Fuse cards, they must all be max-level and incapable of Evolution (i.e. they should not say EVO on them). Additionally, they must be of the same star-rank and they must be the same type of card (Normal or Premium). Normal cards have a silver star-ranking, while Premium cards have a blue star-ranking.
What is the Card Change?Edit
The Card Change is a tool for high level characters to exchange one of their unwanted cards for another random card of the same star level. The Card Change may only be used on 5 star cards or above and usually requires runes as Change materials.
What is the Arena?Edit
The Arena is a battleground where you are able to fight against other players in order to gain prestige and fame. Winning an Arena match will reward you with 10 Arena points, while losing will grant you 3 (until you have 2000 points or more). Build up Arena points to earn a spot on the Leader Board, ranking rewards, and a rank next to your name. Visit Zoro at the far right of the Town to participate in Arena matches. View Arena rankings in the Town at the Leader Board to the right of the Dungeon Portal.
What are Dungeons?Edit
Dungeons are the primary method of building up your character’s strength. Battle through dungeons to test your skills against various enemies and challenging bosses to gain great rewards. Visit the Dungeon portal in the center of the town to set out on a Dungeon raid.
Each Dungeon requires a certain amount of Hearts to be expended when you set out. If you do not have enough Hearts you may wait for them to refill or purchase more. Generally, you must defeat the previous dungeon in order to advance to the next. Dungeons may be toggled between Normal Mode and Hard Mode with the buttons in the upper left. Raid Dungeons represent the typical path of character advancement.
Each Dungeon features enemies of a certain type, listed in the Dungeon Info panel. Increase your AMP DMG against that type to give yourself an advantage.
Each Dungeon also has a recommended ATK, representing how hard the enemies are to defeat. Additional information about the dungeon will be listed in the info box.
The Best Drop card displays the most powerful card available as a drop from that Dungeon. A Dungeon’s Best Drop will always give AMP DMG against the enemy type of the next Dungeon, collect it to give yourself an advantage.

What is the difference between Normal and Hard Mode Dungeons?Edit
Hard Mode dungeons are more challenging, drop better items and cards, and reward players with a Crystal the first time they are completed.
How do I leave a Dungeon?Edit
You may leave a Dungeon by tapping the door icon on the right side of the screen. When you leave a Dungeon you will not receive any of the cards or items that you may have collected.
What is the Mark of Death?Edit
Mark of Death Dungeons will say “Mark of Death” in the Dungeon Info panel as well as a time limit. The final Boss in these Dungeons places a Mark of Death on the players, meaning that they must defeat the Boss within that specific time limit or else the player(s) will die and the Boss’ health will be refilled. Mark of Death Bosses are powerful enemies that require preparation and skill in order to defeat them.
What are the "Make it to the finish line" and "Escape the trap" Dungeons?Edit
These are special Dungeons in which your task is to make it to the end of the level within a certain time limit. If the time expires you will have to restart the level. These levels always say “Make it to the finish line!” or “Escape the trap” in the Dungeon Info panel, and feature obstacles and difficult platforming that players must overcome to make it to the end.
What are the "Eliminate the monsters" Dungeons?Edit
These are special Dungeons in which your task is to defeat a specific amount of monsters in the Dungeon within a certain time limit. If the time expires before you have defeated the required number of monsters you will have to restart the level. These levels always say “Eliminate the monsters” in the Dungeon Info panel.
What are "Defend the portal" Dungeons?Edit
These are special Dungeons in which your task is to stop enemies from reaching a portal for a certain time limit. If the specified number of enemies are allowed to reach the portal before the time runs out, you will have to restart the level. Generally, enemies in these Dungeons do not attack so your main priority should be to finish them off as quickly as possible.
What are "Collect starstones" Dungeons?Edit
These are special Dungeons in which your task is to collect a certain amount of Starstones within a specific time limit. If the specified number of stones are not collected within the time limit, you will have to restart the level.
What are “Destroy the blocks” and “Eliminate the obstacles” Dungeons?

These are special Dungeons in which your task is to destroy a certain amount of blocks within a specific time limit. If the specified number of blocks are not destroyed within the time limit, you will have to restart the level. You can choose to fight or avoid the enemies.
What are "+% Element Dungeons?"Edit
These are Dungeons in which the monsters do an extra percentage damage of a certain element. The extra damage percentage and the element type are listed in the box under the Dungeon Info panel. Find Soul Arts Cards that give you RESIST in order to mitigate the extra damage.
What are "Req +% AMP DMG" Dungeons?Edit
These are Dungeons in which you must have a certain amount of AMP DMG in order to access the Raid. Build up AMP DMG by equipping Soul Arts Cards of that type. You can see your AMP DMG percentages by going to the Town and tapping on your character portrait in the upper left.
What is the Special Dungeon?Edit
The Special Dungeon contains Workshop Dungeons as well as the Tower of Evolution.
What are Workshop Dungeons?Edit
Workshops are dungeons with an Auto Battle function that are a great way of acquiring Orbs. The amount of Orbs dropped increases with the difficulty of the Workshop. The Auto Battle function can be enabled or disabled by tapping the button in the upper right.
What is the Tower of Evolution?Edit
The Tower of Evolution is a dungeon that drops high level evolution materials. The difficulty increases with every floor you climb. Unlike other dungeons, if you leave in the middle you will keep all items earned.
What is the King's Path?Edit
The King’s Path is an expert dungeon unlocked at level 30 that will test the player’s limits. Special Titles drop here for players to equip.
What is the Colosseum?Edit
The Colosseum is an expert dungeon unlocked at level 40 that is open for limited periods of time. There are two divisions in the Colosseum, Hero and Warrior. Players with an ATK power over 6,000 are eligible to join the Hero division, while the Warrior division is open to everyone level 40 or above whose ATK power is under 6,000. Top players in the Hero division will receive more rare and powerful rewards. In the Colosseum, players compete to clear the Dungeon as quickly as possible. In order to be ranked, players must clear the Dungeon. Partial runs are not recorded. View Colosseum rankings in the Town at the Leader Board to the right of the Dungeon Portal.
What are a Dungeon's Best Drop items and how do I obtain them?Edit
A Dungeon’s Best Drop items are the highest level card(s) and/or other item(s) that the player may receive after clearing that Dungeon. Best Drop items are obtained by flipping one of three cards at the end of the Dungeon. The chance if receiving a Best Drop is random, and often a player may have to complete the Dungeon multiple times before receiving the Best Drop.
I'm stuck on a Dungeon, what can I do to advance?Edit
If you find yourself stuck on a dungeon there are many options available to you. Each dungeon features enemies of a certain element type, listed under the Dungeon Info. Use Soul Arts Cards of that element to deal increased damage to enemies in that dungeon. Additionally, you can revisit previous dungeons in order to level up your character and collect more Soul Arts Cards to either equip or enhance existing cards. The Best Drop card of a dungeon will always be of the same element as the enemies in the following dungeon - acquire it to give you an advantage.
Turning on Hard Mode and revisiting Dungeons is a great way to gain EXP and earn Crystals and Cards. Tap the Hard button in the upper left of the Dungeon Portal screen to activate it.
Buying items from the shop can also give your hero a much needed boost. Purchase Booster Packs in order to enhance your Soul Arts, and potions to help you battle through dungeons and revive your character when needed. Also, visit the Character shop in order to unlock powerful new characters.
What is the bar that appears in the upper right corner during Boss Fights?Edit
This bar is a secondary way of representing a Boss’ HP, and can be more informative than the regular health bar when dealing with Bosses that have large health pools. The number on the right side (i.e. x4) represents the number of times that you must deplete the health bar before the boss is defeated. This bar also shows the Element type of the boss to aid in picking the appropriate cards to defeat it.
What is the Leader Board?Edit
The Leader Board ranks the top players and Guilds on the server. Find it in the Town, to the right of the Dungeon Portal. The Leader Board is separated between the Colosseum, Arena, Dungeons and Guild sections. Ranked players will receive rewards based on their percentile achieved. To view the list of rewards for a specific leaderboard, tap the Reward button in the bottom right. Placing in the Arena Leader Board will reward you with a rank symbol next to your name. Rankings are compiled weekly and reset at 4am PST. The Ranking Period will always be listed in the upper right of the Leader Board window.
How do I increase my Colosseum rank?Edit
Increase your Colosseum ranking by clearing the Dungeon more quickly than the competition. Collect powerful Soul Arts Cards and hone your skills in order to finish as quickly as possible.
How do I increase my Arena rank?Edit
Increase your Arena ranking by entering matchmaking and defeating other players. Winning a battle rewards you with 10 arena points, while losing only grants 3.
How do I increase my Dungeon rank?Edit
Increase your Dungeon ranking by completing Dungeons and building up your end score. Finishing Dungeons is the quickest way, but pay attention to your score at the end. Increase it by avoiding damage, maintaining high hit-combos, and finishing the Dungeon as quickly as possible.
How do I increase my Guild rank?Edit
Increase your Guild ranking by visiting the Guild Dungeon and battling the Guild Boss. Points are earned by surviving for the time limit and doing as much damage as possible. Players must do at least 100 damage to the Boss in order to receive points.

How do I build up Soul Power?Edit
The Soul Power meter (SP) recharges every 60 seconds. Additional Soul Power can be acquired by using abilities on enemies.
How do I aim my Soul Arts?Edit
Adjust your aim by moving the D-pad in the direction you wish to attack (while the Soul Arts are being activated). If you wish to remain stationary, aim the D-pad downwards.
How do I swim?Edit
If you find yourself underwater, use the D-pad to move around. Swim to the surface and your character will automatically jump out of the water. Be careful though - you have a limited amount of air underwater and you will start taking damage when it runs out.
How do I earn Crystals?Edit
Crystals are available for purchase in the shop. Additionally, by tapping “Free Crystals” in the upper right corner of the shop window you may earn crystals for free by completing offers. You may also earn crystals by collecting daily login gifts, completing dungeons for the first time on Hard mode, and placing on the Leader Board.
How do I earn Gold?Edit
Gold can be earned in a variety of ways. Collect dropped Gold from enemies, from log-in rewards, from selling Cards and more.
What are Orbs?Edit
Orbs are used for card Evolution and Enhancement. Common Orbs (Fire, Water, Grass) are dropped in all dungeons. Uncommon Orbs (Moon and Steel) are dropped in all dungeons by Bosses, Elites and Red Chests. Uncommon Orbs can also be obtained through the Orb Exchange in the Town Shop. Rare Orbs (Earth and Sky) are dropped in King’s Path, high level Workshop Dungeons and Tower of Evolution. Additionally, Orbs can be obtained at the Orb Spin Machine in the Town.
What are Titles?Edit
Titles are special designations that players can acquire and equip. Different titles give different bonuses to the player and appear visually on the body. Visit your Player Info page by tapping on your portrait in the upper left to manage your Titles and view their bonuses. Titles can be acquired in the King’s Path and from other events.
What are Runes?Edit
Runes are powerful stones that can be exchanged for high level items. Visit the Amy’s Store at the far left of the Town to view the exchange. Runes can be found as drops, dungeon rewards and Leader Board ranking rewards.
What are Rune Stones?Edit
Rune Stones are powerful items that grant your character special stat bonuses. They can be obtained through the Rune exchange in the Amy’s Town Store. You may only purchase each Rune Stone once. Visit your Player Info page by tapping on your portrait in the upper left to manage your Rune Stones and view their bonuses. Rune Stones may be Enhanced by selecting the Rune Stone and tapping the Enhance button.
What is the difference between Physical and Elemental damage?Edit
Physical damage is the standard form of damage dealt. Most enemies and Bosses will attack with primarily physical damage. Physical damage can be mitigated by equipping Soul Arts Cards that raise your DEF stat. Incoming physical damage is reduced by whatever percentage your DEF stat comes to.
Elemental damage is inflicted by monsters on top of whatever physical damage they do. You can see what percentage of its physical damage a monster will also inflict as elemental damage in the Dungeon Info tab. Not every Dungeon has monsters that inflict elemental damage. The Dungeon Info tab also displays what type of elemental damage will be inflicted. There are 4 types of elemental damage - Fire, Cold, Earth and Wind. Elemental damage can be mitigated by equipping Soul Arts Cards that increase your Resist against whatever element is being inflicted.
What is my Resist and how do I increase it?Edit
Certain enemies fight using elemental attacks. These attacks will do extra damage to your character, and can be mitigated by increasing your resistance to that element by equipping the appropriate cards. Certain Soul Arts Cards and Set Bonuses will grant elemental Resist. A Dungeon will say in the Dungeon Info panel if the monsters fight with elemental attacks. There are four different elements, and elemental resistances - Fire, Cold, Earth and Wind. Match your Resist to the elemental damage type of your current Dungeon to protect yourself.
What is my DEF and how do I increase it?Edit
DEF reduces incoming physical damage by a certain percentage. Some 3-star and up Soul Arts Cards and Set Bonuses offer bonuses to your defense %. Find these cards and equip them to increase your DEF and reduce physical damage taken.
What is Fainting/Faint Resistance?Edit
When a character is taking damage they have a chance to Faint and fall onto the ground. When this happens the player is unable to move for a few seconds and must tap the attack button to stand back up. Equip Soul Arts Cards that offer Faint Resistance in order to reduce the occurrence of Fainting.

My game is running slowly, what can I do to fix this?
My framerate is low and/or my game is running slowly, what can I do to fix this?Edit
If your device is running in Power Saver mode, this can often result in poor performance. Try disabling it to improve framerate. Additionally, closing other apps that are running in the background can also improve performance.
My game is lagging, what can I do to fix this?Edit
If your game is lagging, please ensure that you are connected to a stable network. Wifi connections are usually more reliable than wireless data. Also ensure that you are connected to the server closest to you. Soul Guardians has servers in North America, Asia and Europe. Please note that if you are located in South America, Australia, or anywhere else that is not near one of these server locations, some lag may be unavoidable.
What are Guilds and how do I join them?Edit
Guilds are groups of players who can socialize with each other, group up together for Dungeons and compete together to win the Guild War. You may either create your own Guild or join a previously existing one. You must be at least level 15 to create a Guild.huu
What is the Guild War?Edit
The Guild War is a competition between all of the Guilds on a server based on which Guild can do the most damage to the Guild Boss.
I just completed a Raid Dungeon and the requirements for the next one are too high, what can I do in the meantime?Edit
Turning on Hard Mode and revisiting Dungeons is a great way to gain EXP, Crystals and Cards. Tap the Hard button in the upper left of the Dungeon Portal screen to activate it.
What is the tapping icon that appears over my character during certain Boss battles?Edit
The tapping icon (below) appears during certain Boss fights when their stun hold is used. You must push the directional pad to the left and right in order to avoid taking damage after the hold is finished
What is the Town Store and where can I find it?Edit
The Town Store is located at the far left of the Town and run by Amy. The Store allows you to exchange low-rarity Orbs for high-rarity Orbs, exchange items for special limited-time Cards, and exchange Runes for Rune Stones.
What are Missions and how can I complete them?Edit
Missions are tasks that give rewards when completed. View Missions by finding Doyle near the left side of the Town. There are three types of Missions - Daily, Main and Limited. Daily Missions will refresh every day and can be completed multiple times. Main Missions can be completed once and vary in difficulty. Limited Missions are only available for a limited time so complete them while you still can.
What is the Orb Spin and where can I find it?Edit
The Orb Spin Machine can be found on the left side of the town between Missions and Characters. The Orb Spin allows you to exchange 1 Crystal for a chance to win Orbs. High-rarity Orbs can be obtained in this manner.
What are Characters and how do I obtain them?Edit
Characters may be viewed and changed by visiting Nana to the left of the Dungeon Portal. A new player has access to the Slasher and Ranger and can unlock additional Characters with Gold and Crystals. Every Character has their own unique abilities and playstyles. Each character has a ranking that denotes how powerful they can become in the right hands. Unlock them all and choose your favorite. What is the Shop and where can I find it?Edit
The Shop is the general store of the game and can be found by tapping the Shop button at the right of the screen. At the shop you can buy Crystals, Hearts, Gold, Cards, Card Slots, Potions, Revives, Bundles and Pets. You may also obtain free Crystals at the Shop after completing offers by tapping the Free Crystals button.
What are Hearts and how do I obtain them?Edit
Hearts represent a Character’s endurance and are used up by running Dungeons. Hearts are refilled at a rate of 5 every 15 minutes. Hearts may also be obtained in the Shop or if a friend sends them to you. Send Hearts by visiting your friends list and tapping the Heart button under the Send column. You may send Hearts 5 times per day.
How do I link my game with Facebook?
You may link your game with Facebook by tapping the Social button (the people icon on the right) and going to the Facebook tab. Tap the Connect button in the upper right to connect your account. Linking with Facebook allows you to view and interact with your friends that play Soul Guardians.
